Amenities include: Fishing dock, Bbq grills, Picnic tables, 1 Parking spot, Laundry room (Coin Washer and Dryer), Beach umbrella with 4 beach chairs (beach towels provided). Lots of attractions around the resort such as Miniature Golf, Suncoast Sea Bird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, Town Square Nature Park, Beach Shops along with restaurants such as Salt Rock Grill, coffee shops, and many others (many attractions are walking distance). An added bonus.......Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are just a 90 minute drive!! Bush Gardens and Adventure Island are just a 45 drive.
***An extra bonus is the Suncoast Trolley that goes from Clearwater beach to John's pass -a- grille beach. The stop for the Trolley is right in front of the resort!
