Summary: The hotel overall is very ‘tired’, with the exterior, in particular, in poor repair. With the assistance of a very helpful receptionist we changed rooms as the window in our first room had failed seals and so the sea view was non-existent due to condensation. The second room had two windows, one of which also had condensation (and so no view). At check in we were also informed that they had problems with the kitchen, so the restaurant was not available. While the bedding was clean, the mattress was very hard and the pillows were very thin and lumpy. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay - and would not have chosen the hotel if the Hotels.com reviews had at least indicated some of these issues.
