This brand new vacation home has 5 luxurious bedrooms for you and the entire family. The living area provides plenty of seating on the large comfy sectional sofa. Gather everyone around to watch a show or sports game after a long day of adventures around the Orlando area. There's a separate area with fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs or just to warm up a midnight snack from one of the delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast bar with 3 stools is ideal for a casual quick meal in the morning to energize the start of your day. For a more formal meal especially for the holidays, there's a dining area that seats 6. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property

Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
