Enjoy our private sandy beach with no rocks and gradual decline panoramic views of lovely Lake Missaukee from this 3 bedroom/2 bath family luxury BeachFront vacation home. Our home is considered the nicest rental property on the lake. Families can enjoy the private dock with a large private platform at the end. The beach and sandy bottom lake make this an ideal summer vacation spot for families with young children. Enjoy the outdoor large hot tub while viewing our beach and lake.

-Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, full size washer & dryer, and an extra full size refrigerator on the beach level.
-One king bed, 3 queen beds, and additional queen bed with a twin on top (bunk bed), and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa
-2 DVDs, and a CD/cassette/radio/MP3 stereo system along with over 10 DVDs and 100 CDs of your favorite artists
-A huge new Weber stainless steel gas grill is located on the pure vinyl deck that is cool to the touch even on the hottest summer days
-The deck has gates at the top and the bottom for safety
-The front of the deck has Plexiglas rather than railings for a perfect view of the beach
-There is a four-person hot tub complete with supplies
-Basketball court
-250 ft dock with private platform at the end
-We supply all bedding except for towels
-New Central Air conditioning
-For infants and small children we provide a Hi-Chair, stroller, large playpen, and a Pak & Play.
-Literally dozens and dozens of beach items including umbrellas, floating chairs, sand toys and much more
-Fire Pit (you can purchase wood at the local gas station) on the beach.
-Separately rent my 2019 brand new 23 ft. Harris Pontoon (looks and performs like brand new) with a 90 HP 4 stroke engine for just $895 for the entire week.
-Use the 3 kayaks, the 2 stand-up paddle boards, or the 5 bicycles (bring you own bike helmets).
A two-block stroll brings you to restaurants and ice cream shops. A county park with playground equipment is a short walk (150 yards) down the beach. Skiing, golf, and shopping trips are less than 20 minutes away.
Activities:: Lake Missaukee is great for swimming (no swimmer’s itch), boating, and fishing. Lake City has a nice 18 hole public golf course and driving range. Public tennis courts are about three blocks from our home. Top rated golf courses are less than 20 minutes away. An hour's drive to Traverse City provides excellent shopping and cultural activities. Lake Missaukee is one of the Largest and most beautiful sandy bottom all sports lakes in Michigan with over 2000 acres of water and fun. There is a large sandbar on the other side of the lake where many people gather and have fun.
