This comfortable well-appointed home offers plenty of private driveway parking. Enter through the front door into the open concept living area which flows into the kitchen/dining space. The secluded back deck is a great place to lounge for conversation and cocktails. Grill enthusiasts will enjoy the versatility of cooking on the charcoal grill. Whatever the purpose of your trip you will find all the amenities you need to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

We offer 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. It is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $50. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $90.

• Check-out is at 11 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee is $60 per every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions for you including taking your trash and recycling to the driveway cans.

• Free parking is available to guests 24/7. All cars must park in the driveway and avoid parking in the neighbor's driveway. There is neighborhood street parking available about 100 feet away if preferred.

• There are communications towers behind the house and it is an industrial view if you go out behind the house. It is a unique and not so pleasant view so we disclose this information.

• You will need to carry your luggage down a short path to the home and up one step shown in the photo of the front of the house. The home is level inside.

• Congratulations! You found it! Incorporate the words "Old Castle Nature Trail" into your booking request or inquiry to show your host that you read the listing. Studies show that if you know what to expect you will have a better experience! This happens to be the name of a walking trail near the house.

• Finally, third party bookings are not allowed due to Airbnb's Terms of Service. The person booking this room must be present at the home for the entire stay. Remember, you can always refer your family member or employee instead — they'll save money on their booking and you'll get an Airbnb credit as well. It's a win-win.
