This unique chalet sits at the base of Snow Summit Resort offering a wintertime skier's or summertime bike park enthusiasts dream location- less than 200 feet from the chair lifts and offers direct backyard access- there is no need to hassle with resort or parking fees no matter the season you choose to visit! Known as Big Bear's landmark bed and breakfast "Switzerland Haus" this historic chalet has been fully renovated and furnished with your vacation stay in mind and is the perfect estate to host your next group vacation, family reunion, or even a corporate retreat!
Unlike any other chalet home on the mountain this spacious retreat boasts six bedroom suites each with private balconies and incredible resort views year round and each room offers it's own private bathroom, all are made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your visit when you arrive. Gorgeous hardwood floors and cozy knotty pine wall accents provide your group with mountain vibes throughout your trip as you feel like you have your own mountain lodge to yourselves for your vacation. Modern amenities and essentials on hand include a toasty wood burning fireplace where you can warm your toes as you watch a movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV with Cable and complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided, plus a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains.
