Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control. CREDIT CARDS: Please be advised: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund. SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
