The openly planned main floor can be accessed via the property's full sized elevator or one of two main staircases. The spacious main floor offers a living room with large flat screen with YouTubeTV, kitchen with generous butler’s pantry and center island, and large dining area, all brought together with a 20ft floor to ceiling glass door system providing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic leads out to the partially covered large ocean side deck. Four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor.
Ascent the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which houses six additional bedrooms, including two luxurious master suites featuring king beds and private bathrooms with rain showers and jet tubs. All beds in the property are paired with top of the line memory foam tempurpedic mattresses.
Back outside, the second floor boasts both a street side deck, as well as a private master deck complete with sweeping ocean views and a dining area for year-round enjoyment.
