Close to the heart of The Villages, our patio villa is just a short ride to Lake Sumter and Spanish Spring. Located in The Village of Summerhill near Southern Trace Plaza.
We were happy to take the month of November to updated our new rental home. LVP throughout, freshly painted, and complete our inventory list. The home is fully furnished and includes a complete Inventory of linens and kitchen items,. We professionally clean and reset the home between each renter.
