Traditional New England Cape built in 2003 with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located on a quiet private street just off of Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road. Just a five minute walk to downtown Vineyard Haven and its abundance of shops and restaurants. First floor of the 1250 sq. ft house opens up into an open living room and kitchen as well as an adjacent bedroom and full bathroom. Second floor featured one newly renovated bathroom with tiled shower and two bedrooms both we newly set carpet. Fenced in back deck features patio table, chairs, and propane grill. Laundry is located in the basement along with cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Two Parking spots available. There is a separate downstairs apartment which is occupied by the property managers with their own separate entrance and no shared spaces. They are happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay and take pride in responding promptly.
