Located on a main st 5 blocks to the beach! Bring the whole family and rent 1 or both units on site, each with private patios. Walk to the beach, downtown Grover, or the Pismo Pier. Entertain your group in the open living space with foos- and skee ball. Stay active on the treadmill or yoga mats, then wind down in the huge master shower. Relax around your patio's private fire pit while the BBQ heats up, or use the open backyard with built in games. Bring your pup(s) with a fenced potty area. Enjoy parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway or 5 more street spaces in front of the house.
TO NOTE: The property is located on a main street near downtown Grover Beach. There is an upstairs (studio) vacation rental that shares the laundry, trash, driveway and large yard (beyond each units' private fenced patios).
There are security cameras on the exterior, aimed toward the driveway (parking) and the patio, backyard, and trash bins.
