Close to everything and 20 minutes to the Fort Myers beaches, Sanibel and Captiva. Three blocks from Edison Golf course. Concrete construction provides quiet quarters, privacy. The open-concept kitchen is equipped for cooking or you can enjoy the many restaurants located close by in downtown Fort Myers. The dining room seats 6 and the living room is furnished for comfort. The screened lanai with walk-out is perfect for dining and relaxing. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms one with queen size bed and the other with King adjustable bed. TV in master bedroom and living room. Spend the afternoons playing shuffleboard or relaxing by the heated pool. Great place to beat the cold! Max occupancy is 4. No smoking or animal.
