Welcome to a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom town home. This fantastic home is only a 3 minute walk to the club house and pool area. Which is very close compared to others on the resort, so is in an excellent position. This is a beautiful gated and secured communtity, with great roads for roller-skating and bike riding.
Our resort is close to all the major activities in Orlando, including some fantastic golf courses, but is nestled in a quiet area, far enough away to relax and enjoy the home and superb facilities the resort offers. The property is located in Regal Palms Resort & Spa.
The Main lounge has 2 new full size couches with side table and coffee table along with a 50" LCD TV with 300+ HD channels. Along with a generous sized dining table.
Along with HVAC air-conditioning, the master bedroom also has a ceiling fan and all bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TV's (40" in the master suite, 32" in each of the other bedrooms).
The resort offers a large Swimming area offering plenty of pools to choose from including a children's pool with large water slide and lazy river, that are heated. And there are lots of tables/seating around the pools and children's play areas. Pool towels are provided free of charge at the resort (although there is a hold for the resort towel cards)
Frankie Farrell's Irish Pub & Grille is the onsite bar and restaurant that serves Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, there is also a new poolside Tiki bar located by the pool area. The restaurant serves food and drinks both indoor or out on the patio or even just sitting by the pool area.
There is a great complimentary fitness center for you to use during your stay, where you will find a sauna, spa, gymnasium, steam room, hot tub and showers and there is also an arcade/games room for the children as well.
This unit is fully equipped with Washer and Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave & Stove. Kitchen: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, Forks, Knives, Spoons, Bowls, Plates etc.
We have free secured in-home high speed Wi-Fi and free local/long distance phone calls are included anywhere in the US, Canada & Puerto Rico. And there are also 2 private carparks directly in front of our home.
Towels and linens are included in the home but there is NO maid service and it is cleaned only upon departure.

The Regal Palms Resort and Spa charge a daily Guest Resort Fee of $22.40 (plus tax). This charge is per booking fee (for all guests), NOT per person.
