The living room includes sofa sleeper (Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV.
Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. Kitchen updates include: paint, appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, lighting, quartz counter top, sink, faucet, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit, plus extra counter space.
The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.
