The Pineapple Bungalow is centrally located between the world renown beaches, the crystal clear springs that are home to the manatees, and the activities and nightlife of Tampa.
The bungalow has just undergone an extensive renovation and has 3 nice size bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, and the third with 2 twin beds, as well as 2 bathrooms. The fun and very functional kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking essentials, there's indoor dining space for 7 connected to the living room with additional seating and a large smart TV (the home has 3 TV's total). The home has a spacious outdoor screened in Florida room that functions as a second living and dining room. Outside the Florida room is a fully fenced backyard with a patio area with a propane bbq, lounge chairs, and numerous fruit trees including limes, guava, avocado, and cherimoya. Lastly, the garage space has been converted to a laundry and game room, with an arcade sized air hockey table.
The Pineapple Bungalow is pet friendly and allows up to 3 dogs, any size, with a $100 pet fee. We ask that you please crate your pups if they are being left unattended, and that you clean up after them in the yard. The home is also non-smoking both in the house and the Florida room. Up to 6 guests can stay in the home, no events or parties allowed, and you must be at least 25 to book. For bookings over 28 days, a signed rental agreement is required.
This home is under pest control by a professional company, but in Florida's climate, insects are around throughout the year so please don't leave any of the doors open to allow for unwanted entry. This home features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, and the camera does not look into any interior spaces. There is also a security camera facing the backyard, footage is only reviewed if an incident occurs.
