We value all guest reviews but feel this was written in response to the rating we gave you as a guest as well as the additional housekeeping charge which you incurred. We addressed any concern that you had in a timely manner. Our property manager has a log which we provided to VRBO regarding your complaints. It is clear any complaint you made, the property manager responded to you efficiently. On one occasion, when you called to say the house was not cleaned to your standard, you would not allow the housekeepers in. Our house rules are clear and stated in the contract to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. Unfortunately it appeared there were misunderstandings on your part as the house was left a mess with trash remaining, doors left open, stain on a brand new mattress which had to be professionally cleaned and we had to ask you to leave as it was beyond your check out time. This required additional housekeepers to prepare the house as we had guests arriving on your day of departure. We strive to maintain a high standard of hospitality and ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
