Totally renovated with new floors, new beds, updated kitchen with new appliances and has been freshly painted throughout. This comfortable & spacious condo has a large new kitchen area with breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living room areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook your meals. The condo also has a washer/dryer for your use.
There are 2 queens in the primary bedroom, a king in the 2nd bedroom and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The living room is very spacious with a large flat screen TV to enjoy and there is new TVs in all of the bedrooms too.
The North Tower pool is right next door so you can easily walk to the pool from the building. Barefoot Landing is right across the waterway and there are many shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy such as the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and Duplin Winery to name a few. Practice your golf game at one of the four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort if you like. Let us know if you want to set up tee times. This property has a gated parking area.
