When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Big Cypress Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is charmingly decorated with warm inviting colors and offers a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, perfect if you're entertaining or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV and a nice little sitting area if you want some quiet reading time. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with double vanity sinks & a walk-in shower. The guest room offers a comfortable queen size beds for your guests to enjoy while the 2nd guest room is set up with a desk for those that are still working a little. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need some private time??? This home offers a wonderful enclosed private lanai perfect for all season and offers a relaxing view of the water fountain in the back yard. The lanai also offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice & a TV to enjoy the morning news & such. The back is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold beverage before heading out to the town square to dance the night away or while enjoying time with your new friends.
This small-dog friendly home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
