Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with a beautiful, elevated view of the water. While we are situated just off the water, the public boat launch is a quick, easy 4-mile drive down the road.
The biggest perk? Our massive 2-acre lot completely solves the "tight parking" nightmare of traditional waterfront cabins. You will have plenty of room to easily park multiple full-sized trucks, boat trailers, jet skis, and ATVs without ever blocking anyone in.

Our home features a highly functional layout designed to maximize space and comfortably sleep up to 15 guests across 8 separate beds:

- Bedroom 2 (The Mega-Bunkroom): Efficiently configured with custom sturdy bunk setups to maximize sleeping capacity for the whole crew.
- Common Space: Premium sofa pull-out options and a roll-away bed to wrap up our 15-guest accommodation.
- Bathrooms: 2 fully equipped, high-efficiency bathrooms. Note: Our heavy-duty septic system is fully updated and rated to comfortably handle full 15-guest surge capacities, so your group can shower and prepare for the day without worry.
Outdoor Living & Amenities
The real magic happens outside on our 2-acre lawn! After a long day out on the lake or exploring nearby Dyersville (just 20 minutes from the famous Field of Dreams!), come back to a property built for evening entertainment:
- Outdoor Fireplace (future feature): A natural stone fireplace is coming soon, with plenty of seating for stargazing and storytelling.
- Acreage to Play: Two acres for lawn games, cornhole tournaments, or letting the kids run free.
