We are located in beautiful TROPIC ISLES, one of the most desirable waterfront communities in Delray Beach. This single-story waterfront pool villa is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath and we are pet friendly! For a small fee you can bring your furry friends along for your vacation and they can enjoy it as much as you. Featuring a heated pool, spacious patio for lounging with a direct waterfront view and an outdoor dining area, you family and friends will be relaxing in their own private tropical oasis. Resting on one of the Intracoastal fingers, the home offers spectacular water views, a 42 foot dock and plenty of room for lounging in the South Florida sun. Walk through the beautifully designed modern glass front door into a flowing floor plan. French Doors throughout and a 150 gallon tropical salt water fish tank, professionally serviced. Fully updated throughout with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Two large bedrooms on opposite sides of the house provide privacy. Master bedroom with large king size bed is connected to its own bathroom and features french doors to the outdoor pool area. The other king size bedroom shares a bathroom with another bedroom/den with a double sofa bed which also has french doors leading to the pool area. Guests enjoying the outdoor space will appreciate the cabana bathroom as well as the outdoor shower and relaxing hammock. You can even bring your own boat to dock at the house for an extra docking fee! We are happy to provide VIP beach passes offering 4 cushioned lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 side tables provided by Oceanside Beach Service every day of your stay as well as 4 cruiser bikes for complimentary use during your stay at our home. Only a few minutes from the beach, only a block or two walking distance to the shopping center with so many great stores, Trader Joe's and much more; and a 5 minute drive to all the trendy restaurants, bars and chic shops on Atlantic Avenue!
