The primary living area is off the entryway, featuring plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a flatscreen television perfect for family movie nights. Nearby, guests can enjoy a convenient dining area, featuring a large wooden dining table that seats ten in all. This level also holds a fully equipped, generous kitchen that faces the living and dining space, where you can prepare a home-cooked meal for the gang or pack lunches for a fun-filled day at the beach. Off the dining area is an additional secondary living area with a sofa and two chaise lounge seats perfect for larger families to spread out.
