The outdoor pool opens around the first week of May and closes the first week of October (subject to weather conditions). This nicely maintained ocean view townhouse is located approximately 15 miles between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle on North Carolina's Crystal Coast. The semi-secluded location offers a non-crowded beach just a few steps from the door, with convenient access to local restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Nearby attractions include the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, and the historic town of Beaufort.
The townhouse boasts ocean views, with natural scenery visible from the dining room and master bedroom balconies. Wi-Fi is available, and we provide private secure internet access within the unit. The complex features a swimming pool and oceanfront decks for renters to enjoy.
The unit includes three bedrooms and two and a half baths, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, and there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, two flat-screen TVs with cable (a Samsung Smart TV in the living room and a Roku Smart TV in the master bedroom), DVD players, a TV with Roku access to Xfinity in the queen bedroom, removable bed rails for small children, a high chair, a pak-n-play, and a variety of books and games.
Please remember to bring your sheets and towels. If you prefer not to, you can reserve linens with Island Essentials—they will be happy to assist you!
IMPORTANT Additional Information:
- Damage Insurance for $59 is required or you can apply a refundable deposit.
- Week Rentals (there can be exceptions as needed, please contact owner)
- FAMILIES ONLY, NO SMOKING, NO PETS (these rules are specified by the HOA)
- Linens NOT included. For linens and towels, you can rent them from the local supplier, Island Essentials, and they will deliver and pick up at the unit.
- Beach chairs/Umbrella and Toys are available for your use.

Here are the updates and changes made over the years:
In 2025-2026, we undertook an exterior remodel of the buildings, which included new siding, paint, and railings. Additionally, we updated the two sliding doors to the unit.
2024 brought new ceiling fan in living room and new exterior faucet
In 2023, we added a new Roku TV in the Master bedroom, a new microwave, beach chairs, and a coffee pot. Moving back to 2022, we replaced the Central Air Conditioner and Heat Pump, installed a new glass-top electric stove, and added a Polywood table and chairs on the deck. We also installed new flooring in the entry, stairs, landings, and bathrooms, and upgraded the Master and Guest bathrooms with comfort height Toto toilets. A Roku was installed on the TV in the Queen bedroom as well.
In 2021, the deck was furnished with Polywood outdoor rockers and a table, new windows were installed, a new hot water heater was added, the deck floor was newly painted, and a Samsung 55” Smart TV was placed in the living room. In 2020, a new screen door was installed on the boardwalk, and touch door locks were added.
In 2019, the entire house was repainted, and all bathrooms received new lights, mirrors, sinks, faucets, countertops, and cabinetry. New window treatments, a new garbage disposal, and a new kitchen light were also added. In 2018, all bedrooms received new mattresses, and the kitchen was stocked with new dishes, utensils, and comfort amenities such as cushions and pillows.
In 2017, a brand-new AC unit installed, as well as a sofa bed and love seat. In 2016, we added a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, and dryer. In 2015, the kitchen received a granite countertop, sink, and faucet. Finally, in 2014, we installed a tile floor in the kitchen, half bath, and dining room area, and added a TV in the Master bedroom.
This property was purchased in 2017 from a fellow ocean lover who wants to make sure your time at the beach is comfortable, relaxed and allows you to just enjoy the experience of being on the water and sand. I am in the process of updating and making changes.
