It’s in a super quiet neighborhood. It’s about 5 mins to the beach if that. Golf cart friendly neighborhood. I keep the place really clean. Also there is plenty of parking. If your looking for a great place a a reasonable rate you found it! Please be aware you are renting out 2 bedrooms we have sectioned off on the house. You have your own private area and entrance. You don’t have to deal with other guests. We have had some confusion in the past with other guests I just want to make it very clear before anyone gets here. For this reason I’m able to offer a reasonable nightly rate. If you would like to rent the whole house at a higher rate it would be 600 a night.

Summary: It was a great experience we loved how close the activities where and the beach. The place was like being far away from home the contact with the host was awesome she answered every question I could think of but overall I would love to stay again and I suggest anybody that stays you'll injoy every aspect of the place.
