If your group size increases, we do have an additional barn available that can accommodate up to eight extra guests—please contact us to discuss. • Smoking Policy: This is a strictly smoke-free property indoors. If smoking outside, please ensure all cigarette waste is disposed of properly and not left on the grounds. • Music & Equipment: Guests may not bring external sound systems or DJ equipment onto the property. • Respect for the Property: We ask that you look after the house and its contents.
