Summary: House was great. Loved the hot tub and nice layout. Was disappointed that the canal in the back does not connect to the Gulf of Mexico even though this neighborhood is right on the Gulf. Wish this fact was highlighted better in the online description as it significantly impacted our scalloping and fishing plans with our boat.
