It is beautifully appointed with cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, wine and drinking glasses, serving pieces—all that you want to entertain your family in style and luxury. This kitchen has everything you need for holidays, celebrations, or casual grilling in the backyard after a day at the beach. You can also grill out on the patio, just steps outside the chef’s kitchen. You can enjoy puzzles, cards, or games at the island after breakfast.

The dining and kitchen are open to the large family room which features a large 65” smart tv, ship lap walls, and vaulted ceilings. There are several patio doors opening to the private backyard with extensive paver patio, beautiful lounging sofa and comfortable oversized rockers. Relax in the comfortable Adirondack chairs, perfect for reading or sitting around the fire pit—ready to go with logs and starter—on those cool breezy nights. There is a generous 6 person hot tub, soothing and relaxing after a long day of tennis or golf.
The large master bedroom is open to the backyard and steps to the private hot tub. It features a temperpedic king bed, large dresser, and walk-in closet to comfortably store all your travel gear. The ensuite bathroom is fully renovated and beautifully appointed in a modern coastal decor, with real shell tile and gold accents.
The large guest bedroom features all new furniture with queen bed. It has two comfy swivel chairs for reading or sipping your morning coffee, and features a desk if you or the kids need to do a bit of work before heading to the beach. It has its own private entrance with sliding doors leading to a private paver patio with chairs.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen murphy bed with cooling temperpedicric mattress. It is a beautiful office space as well, in case you need to do some work before heading off to the golf course.
The fully renovated guest bathroom is decorated in a modern coastal style with plenty of storage and a linen closet. It features a full tub and shower.
The oversized laundry room has lots of extra storage and a full size washer and dryer. It features plenty of hooks for hats and wet towels, and a bench for kicking off those flip flops after a day at the beach.
