With a full kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom with king bed & full bathroom. Dive into our large pool, unwind in the hot tub, BBQ grill or Traeger smoker, and explore the waves with complimentary paddle board & kayak, toiletries, ice and cooler, paper towels, TP, dish and clothes washing supplies and many more to get you started.
The space
This above the garage private unit is on the 2nd floor with access through an exterior staircase. The main room encompasses the living room with a sofa/sleeper, dining room with table and chairs for four and full kitchen with all major appliances and an ice maker. There is a hallway with closets where you will find the washer/dryer, pantry, utility closet and linen closet. Down the hallway you enter into the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and double vanity with LED backlit/front lit mirror with anti-fog. Through a separate door off of the living room you will find the master bedroom with king bed, double door closet, and 50 inch flatscreen.
Guest access
Guests have their own parking in front of the unit. Guests have full access to the shared large pool, hot tub, Weber gas grill and Traeger pellet smoker. The outdoor amenities are shared with the family in the main house, myself, my wife and our three year old son. There is a walkway from the unit to the back yard with a gate that enters the pool area. At the pool there is also a large dining table for six with an umbrella.
