Gather your family and friends in White Magnolia, a designer two-story, 2,700 square foot, four bedroom / four-and-a-half bath home framed by a colonnade of towering palm trees inviting you to a welcoming wrap-around porch adorned by stately columns, New Orleans-styled gas lanterns and mahogany front door. Escape to soaring 12-foot first-level ceilings, transom windows, crisp white shiplap walls, rich natural wood floors, breezy designer ceiling fans and wide-louver plantation shutters throughout.

Less than two miles from Seaside, a five minute drive or a fifteen minute bike ride will have you sipping cocktails on the beach at Bud & Alley's and touring food trucks beneath the palm trees and cafe lights before a concert at the amphitheater.
