This home offers the best combination of beauty and comfort in the heart of Seagrove Beach! With four adult bedrooms (3 king beds and 1 queen) plus a bonus bunk room, The Petite Palm comfortably sleeps 12. Each bedroom is prettier than the next, with vaulted ceilings for a dose of drama, and wall mounted TVs including the bunk room! Marble backsplash and countertops plus stainless-steel appliances including a commercial size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer combo offer a well-stocked kitchen with ample island and table seating in this open concept plan. Dining options extend to the outdoors with a screened porch for alfresco dining and three other welcoming porches. A pretty double porch swing offers a great spot to simply unwind, and an outdoor shower is just around the side of the house! Four adult bikes are included, as is access to community pool which is one door down. There are two beach access points across the street from the home.

Your reservation includes complimentary activities every day of your stay! Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottage's realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities:
~ Community Pool (cannot be heated at this time; per HOA, a pool heater is scheduled to be installed spring/summer 2023 and pool heating will be available for future bookings, if all goes as planned.)
~ Community Beach Access; Two public accesses (Beachwood Villas Beach Access & One Seagrove Place Beach Access) only 0.2 mile from the home, a short 3-4 minute walk. These are pedestrian accesses only via foot/bike, no parking areas available. Beach setup reservations are limited to certain locations along 30A, but you can also reserve beach gear to take back and forth from the home if setups are not available at your desired access location. The closest beach access with a small parking area, which can fill up very early in the morning, is the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, only a 3 minute drive from the home.
Golf Cart:
Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts, or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.
Parking:
Petite Palm has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the driveway. Per the HOA, street parking is not allowed within the community. No house trailers, modular structures or travel trailers are permitted within in the community.
Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
