This four-bedroom open concept designed home has a bedroom on the first floor, and three more upstairs, making it ideal for a multi-generational getaway on 30A. The expansive kitchen is equipped with everything you will need in your home away from home. And there's plenty of room to enjoy a meal around the large high top dining table that seats eight and additional seating for four at the kitchen island.

Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach or want a different experience.
