The inviting front porch features two relaxing front porch swings, the second floor vast balcony is perfect for for sunbathing and offers a table with seating for four, as your make you way up to the widow's walk (hawks nest) for the pièce de résistance of views. With the highest view in the entire community you will have access to a panoramic Emerald Coast ocean view. A table with seating for 6 awaits you so you can enjoy your sunrise or sunset ocean view with your morning coffee or evening wine. You will definitely make the most of your time outside during stay at "Beach N Bogey".
Upon entering "Beach N Bogey" is an open concept gathering area featuring a living area with couch and love seat and a dining area with seating for 6. "Beach N Bogey" is full of natural light and plantation shutter windows. The kitchen has been updated with exquisite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a flat top ceramic stove and an additional table for four. "Beach N Bogey" features a drip coffee maker, a blender, a 4 slice toaster, a microwave, dishes, cookware and a plethora of kitchen utensils. Off from the kitchen area is a bonus office room with a desk, a sleeper sofa and tv. The master suite with king bed is on the main floor. The master bathroom features a shower, a soaking tub, dual sink vanity and separate water closet. A fabulously eclectic Barbie themed guest bathroom is located off from the gathering area.
Up the stairs is the queen guest bedroom with a queen canopy bed and tv. Down the hall is the twin guest bedroom with two twin beds and a new mounted tv. The shared full bathroom is across the hallway and has an beautiful remodeled shower.
"Beach N Bogey" is located in Dune Allen Beach on the west end of 30A, an easy 4-minute bike ride to Gulf Place Town Center for dining, shopping, and fun art classes for children during the spring and summer months at the Artist's of Gulf Place.
