Located in Dune Allen, this beautifully designed home is the perfect retreat for large groups, family vacations, and special gatherings!
As you arrive, you're welcomed into the first floor, where a spacious secondary living room offers a comfortable place to relax, complete with a built-in wet bar for easy entertaining. Glass doors open directly to the private pool deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Step outside to enjoy the private pool, lounge seating, outdoor dining table, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, and ample prep space, perfect for enjoying poolside meals. The spiral staircase nearby provides easy access to the balcony above. This floor also includes a convenient half bathroom (accessible from both inside and the pool deck) as well as the first two bedrooms, both featuring a King bed, an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and direct access to the pool deck.
Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the main space, designed for gathering. The open-concept living room features high-end furnishings and plenty of comfortable seating, with lots of natural light pouring in from the large windows. Just beyond, the dining room provides a beautiful wooden table for enjoying shared meals. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.

-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the start of Timpoochee Trail to the West or the town of Blue Mountain to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Please note that the elevator is not for guests' use.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
