Get ready for a fabulous beach vacation at this newly redecorated and wonderfully designed beach house, located in the gated community of the Villas at Sunset Beach in Seacrest. This private home is located on the beach side of 30A. Enjoy a short walk along a palm tree-lined boulevard to the large heated waterfront pool, and of course the sugar-white sands of Seacrest Beach. Our home, dubbed ‘Pura Vida at Sunset Beach’, has a comfortable living area, a dining room with seating for 4, a fully-equipped upscale kitchen with a new refrigerator, many small appliances, granite counter tops, and a side breakfast bar. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king-size bed. There is also a private outdoor patio, accessible from the master bedroom as well as the living area. The private patio includes a small table with seating and a propane heated grill for cooking. Upstairs you will find two separate bedroom suites with private bathrooms. A large covered porch sits off of one of the bedrooms with a small view of the ocean. The shops and restaurants of Seacrest and Alys Beaches are a short walk or bike-ride away, as is Rosemary Beach (0.1 miles). Approximately 8 miles from Seaside.
