The attention to detail and finishes that have been made to this Gulf-front, 1st floor condo are simply amazing. The main living area opens to the kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. This includes an under counter refrigerator/freezer, drink refrigerator, induction cooktop and Bosch oven.
The bedroom includes a king bed flanked by extra storage and shelving with USB outlets. Off the bedroom is a stackable washer and dryer that leads you into the bathroom with unique marble tile accents and large walk-in shower. In the hallway you'll find Twin XL bunks with plush mattresses and outlets to charge your devices.
Sit on the screened porch and listen to the crashing waves. There are no streets to cross, just walk across the lawn to the beach. This is one of only 7 rental units in the entire complex, a very private unit on the beach next to the large swimming pool. There are onsite tennis courts and the ability to rent bikes on property as well.
